Situated right at the heart of the Minster Quarter in the beautiful and historic City of York. A self catering holiday apartment set behind wrought iron gates that lead from the medieval Low Petergate, one of the oldest streets in England, into our courtyard and large private gardens, tucked between the Minster, the Song School and the 13th Century Holy Trinity Church, our guests often comment on the peace and tranquility - despite being so near to all that this stunning City has to offer. Talbot Court Gardens
We are the only holiday let apartment in an otherwise residential block of 17 exclusive luxury apartments. The story goes that the original architects wife fell in Love with the place and so it followed, she got what she wanted and, Number 2 Talbot Court got a special condition allowing Holiday use so they could visit to her hearts content. Our guests enjoy exclusive use of the otherwise private gardens. You'll see many images of York Minster on our website, as well as images of the old Minster Song School and the 13th Century Holy Trinity Church, many of the photos, like the one shown here, are taken from our Gardens. The Apartment
A spacious and luxurious ground floor apartment with lounge, kitchen, king-sized bedroom and bathroom. Furnished to a high standard with quality modern furnishings, our kitchen has all the facilities and equipment that you would expect to find in your own home. We provide tea, coffee, milk & sugar.
The lounge has two large comfortable sofas, one of which is a large double sofa bed. There is a flat screen free-view Smart TV with Netflix and Prime pre-loaded for your enjoyment. Fibre Optic Broadband keeps you as in touch with the World as you wish to be.
The large stylish bedroom has a king-sized bed. To make your stay more comfortable, we have provided a hair dryer, steam iron & ironing board. The bathroom is beautifully tiled with stylish fittings, a walk-in shower complete with rainfall and handheld showerheads and a heated towel warmer and towel shelf. Heard enough already?
